Caldera Fire is third party accredited under BAFE SP203 and is independently audited to ensure compliance with all four categories of the scheme. To achieve this accreditation in all four categories Caldera Fire had to demonstrate the highest level of competency and professional working practices.

The SSAIB scheme is recognised by insurers and is accredited to operate it by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). Caldera Security is independently audited to ensure its Security Systems are compliant in the following categories:

• National Tennis Centre -
System Type - Fire Alarm (Installation of an Automatic Fire Detection System incorporating 360 devices). Upon completion of the installation Caldera fire were awarded the contract to maintain the system.

• Channel Tunnel –
Immigration Control Centre
System Type – Installation of a 4 loop analogue addressable Automatic Fire Detection System, 12 Induction Loops (both permanent & portable types), 8 zone Public Address System, Disabled Refuge System.

• Duchy of Cornwall –
Poundbury, GP Surgery
System Type – Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Staff Safety System. Upon completion of the installation Caldera fire were awarded the contract to maintain these systems.

• Flagship – Provision of servicing and reactive maintenance
System Type - Fire Alarm (35 buildings at a large military establishment including training facilities and accommodation blocks).
